GORCO can supply complete metal silos for material storage, with all necessary components.
Silo
The silo itself, with its support structure, maintenance platforms and access ladders.
Filling
Depending on the application, this can include:
- A filling pipe from the truck tank, with or without compression, flexible hoses, connection fittings, supports, upper inlet elbows.
- Supply of complete pneumatic conveying from another point, if required.
- All necessary components for mechanical filling: bucket elevators, screw or distribution belts.
- In all cases: a dust bag filter, with its fan.
Emptying
Lower hopper with all the necessary components for proper operation according to the powder properties and its behaviour in discharges from sloping walls. Depending on the case, the following will be installed:
- Large angled hoppers or ones made of special non-slip materials.
- Fluidisation with boxes fed with compressed air.
- Mechanical vibrators.
- Pneumatic hammers.
- Shut-off and/or dosing valves.
- Bellows.
- Complete truck filling facilities.
Miscellaneous
All safety, regulation and control devices, such as:
- Level indicators: Maximum, minimum, continuous.
- “UK” pressure/depression valves.
- Weighing systems.
- Others.
